Conditioner Tresemme Naturals
Leave-in Conditioner & Sealant SheaMoisture Restorative Conditioner & EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Deep Conditioner Honestly, I haven't had time to deep condition lately. Working on getting back into it.
Protein Treatment I used to henna once a month (Dulhan brand from the Indian store - super cheap, great quality and very effective) but there's no way I have time (or the desire) to do that now that I have two kids. I haven't done a protein treatment since having Avaberry since my hair is so dry due to postpartum hormones. But I have the ApHogee 2 Minute Keratin Reconstructor on hand for when I need a boost of extra strength.
I don't have time to mix things up and experiment in the kitchen like I used to, but I like to keep these natural ingredients on-hand:
- shea butter
- castor oil
- grapeseed oil
- extra virgin olive oil
- honey
- blue agave nectar
- coconut oil
- apple cider vinegar
Other products that I have but don't use often on myself but do like to use on my daughter are:
- SheaMoisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie (sometimes I add this on top of my leave-in when two-strand twisting, especially in the winter when I want extra moisture)
- SheaMoisture Raw Shea Butter Restorative Conditioner
- SheaMoisture Curl & Style Milk
- SheaMoisture Reconstructive Finishing Elixir (to seal Puuddy's hair when I have it in yarn twists with extensions)
